COKING INHIBITOR AND ASPHALTENE
DISPERSANT ARBACOKE
ARBACOKE enhances the high-temperature stability of petroleum crudes and fuel oils by dispersing coke, asphaltenes, and paraffins. It possesses strong demulsifying properties and is effective in providing comprehensive protection for furnace coils and transfer lines during high-temperature processes, preventing the formation of coke deposits. This is particularly useful in operations such as vacuum distillation of fuel oil, viscosity breaking, or thermal cracking.
APPLICATION
The Trial program for using the ARBACOKE is developed individually based on preliminary studies of crude quality.
Typical additive dosage ranges of ARBACOKE from 10 to 50 g/t of high-temperature flow, depending on characteristics of the crude and the content of coke particles and asphaltenes.
The best result is achieved by pre-treatment of metal surface with the passivation agent ARBAPRIME and in combination with polymerization inhibitors ARBADISP.
