We offer a new solution to protect oil refining equipment from corrosion. Corrosion Inhibitor ARBACOR 702M is based on the innovative NMPA molecule (N-Methyl-p-anisidine). It is film-forming corrosion inhibitor designed to corrosion control of H2S- and HCl – containing systems of the Crude Distillation Unit’s overhead streams and condensing and air-cooling equipment of oil and gas refineries.
Also, the package of process chemicals for anticorrosion protection includes NEUTRALIZER ARBAMINE MOPA and DEMULSIFIER ARBADEM-700.
APPLICATION
- Protection of tube bundles of air-coolers and heat exchangers of overhead lines of Crude Distillation Units on gas and oil refineries.
- Standard dosage rate to maintain optimum corrosion level is 1 to 4 g/t of overhead line flow
- ARBACOR 702M exhibits low emulsifying and foaming abilities up to the temperature of thermal degradation
