The polymerization inhibitor ARBADISP is designed for high-temperature processes such as visbreaking and thermal cracking. It enhances the high-temperature stability of petroleum crudes and fuel oils by inhibiting and preventing the polymerization and oxidation of paraffins. Additionally, it provides effective protection for heat exchangers, furnace coils, and transfer lines against the formation of coke deposits, as polymerization is the initial stage of coking.
APPLICATION
The Trial program for using the ARBADISP is developed individually based on preliminary studies of crude quality.
Typical additive dosage ranges of ARBADISP from 5 to 30 g/t of high-temperature flow, depending on characteristics of the crude and the content of resins and paraffines.
The best result is achieved by pre-treatment of metal surface with the passivation agent ARBAPRIME and in combination with coke formation inhibitor ARBACOKE.
